Modifications at: | I used the pullups machine with 170 lbs assistance. I did not have 20 pullups X2 in me. I only did burpees and omitted the box as I'm still recovering from left foot plantar fasciitis. I tapped toes at bottom of hanging knee raises to stop swing. |
