Description: | Inhouse Competition: (with Jen) WOD 1: (10 min cap) 40-30-20-10 burpee to a plate, with partner holding bar overhead synchro front squat (either with an empty bar or 35 lb DB) completed 20 burpees WOD#2: 1RM bench press: I did 95 and Jen did 105 WOD#3: 12 min AMRAP; alternating rounds 15 abmat situps 12 stationary lunges with 35 lb DB 10 box step overs with 35 lb DB We completed 7 rds + 7 box step overs |
