Athlete's Notes: | I let Cody beat me this morning, so that he would feel good about himself...or perhaps, he was just that much better than me at muscle-ups. Either way, I think he got a good workout in, but I still wanted to strangle him when he said, hey, what do you think about 205# for the power clean. I was like, are you kidding me? I know he likes that Rx ( ) by his name, but the guy is a freaking beast. Anyway, it was a good workout, especially when I found out I had called Doug by the name of Rich about 4 times within the hour, and wondered why it was that he was ignoring me... |
