Modifications at: | Assisted ring dips one leg push off. Can not load legs yet because of back injury. |
Warmup: | Double Unders for 3 minutes. When stop or miss 5 push ups. Inch worms to full stand with push up at bottom 10 reps. Dynamic stretching. |
Cooldown: | Rolling and stretching back with Major T |
Athlete's Notes: | Back still very tender.....struggled with remembering foot position on rope climb???? WTF? |
