Description: | Skill: 10 min EMOM: 5 overhead squats from the floor (95/135)--chose 55, felt good once I got warmed up--that's why I didn't go too heavy (also havent snatched in a while) WOD: 3 rounds: 10 dumbbell push jerks, left (35/50)--35 10 dumbbell push jerks, right (35/50)--35 20 alternating pistols--used the rig for support Pete told us to challenge ourselves with the weight for the push jerks--these were very challenging but I was able to maintain the weight. |
