Athlete's Notes: | 1. Left knee still buggy. Not painful but just gets funky all of a sudden. 2 reps on the second set because of it, then it went away and I finished a 3rd but dropped weight to 80% on the 4th just in case. 2. Knees to chest took forever, Power cleans went how I thought. singles but Should try and go faster on those by just keeping a smooth pace without stopping is key. |
