Description: | Didn't get to gym yesterday so did a bit of the wod today Bench press: 5 sets of 5, built to 80 lbs did 8 pushups after each set Skill: overhead squat--built to 95 lbs (1 rep) WOD: (15 min cap) 100 goblet squats (26 lbs) 50 ring rows--goal is to challenge yourself, so put feet further forward 100 double unders found the DUs very hard!! finished at 15 min, last one to finish |
