Athlete's Notes: | 3. Did 4 sets instead of 5 4. Power snatched scaled to 115. First couple reps I couldnt get under the bar and locked out, so I dropped the weight to 110#. Was able to get through it in singles and doubles. A couple triples attempted with some success. |
