Description: | Skill: Handstand holds/walk--started with headstands not against wall with spotter, then handstands against wall, I did 4!! Workout: time cap 17 min 3 rounds for time of: 25 GHD sit-ups--did 20 per round 10 wall walks--did 5 1st round, then 10 16 Stationary alt OH lunges (155/105)--35 lbs, found this hard, tried 55 but too heavy, maybe could have done 45. |
