Description: | Conditioning WOD (based on programming I saw on comptrain): 15 min EMOM 15 WB 15 KBS at 35 15 BJ 15 push press at 55 15 cal row did 1st round thru at 15s, then had to reduce reps to 12-13 except for KBS to get approx 20 sec rest each min. Really good burner! |
