Modifications at: | I used a 12 kg (26.5 lb) kettlebell and I did step-ups and it was the smaller box. FYI, the "official" scaled 17.1 workout for Masters Men 40-44 is "Men use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box, step-ups OK". I tried a 16 kg (35.2 lb) kettlebell, but I had to switch down to 12 kg after the first set. Also, I did this as the 3rd day of 3 days in a row of CrossFit, so I was a bit tired. |
