Description: | Oly Class snatch work--variety and lots of it worked up to 80 lbs -- got it overhead but kept falling--still recovering from being sick but feeling better, so it will come Back squats--60 for 8/70 for 7/80 for 6/90 for 5/100 for 4 (4 sets)/using 1rep max C&J (110) as 100% focused on taking deep breath, then squatting, helped alot |
