Description: | Skill: Front Squat 10-8-6-4-2 *increasing weight WOD: 20 min cap 14.5 (and 16.5) 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Thruster (65/95)--55 Burpee facing Bar had done 16.5 in 18:18 with 45 lbs so increased today's weight to 55 lbs. completed 6/6 burpees in 20 min, so would have completed the entire workout in approx 21 min.--so close to finishing the entire thing! |
