Description: | Skill: Front Squat 3x2--did sets at 110, trying to work on not extending neck back, keeping elbows up WOD: Every 45 seconds for 10 rounds each 10 Front squats--55 10 Push jerks--55 **At 0:00 athlete performs 10 front squats, at 0:45 athlete performs 10 push jerks. Repeat 10 times. was thinking about 65 but did 55 and it was very hard!!!! had to do a couple of sets at 8 reps |
