Description: | WOD: with Jen, Robyn (Jen's daughter) In teams of three, complete the following: (A) 3 minute AMRAP: Burpees--I did 44 *partners take turns completing the workout. Once each partner has completed workout 'A', workout 'B' begins at the 9 minute mark. (B) 2 minute AMRAP: Overhead Squats (135/95)--have sore L shoulder so did front squats--did approx 30? *partners take turns completing the workout. Workout ends at the 15 minute mark. (C) 7 Rounds for time: 20cal Row 1 Muscle-up--did 3xring rows 7 Deadlifts (275/185)--125 *With one person working at a time, partners each complete round one before advancing to round two. Each round the muscle-ups go up by one repetition, while the deadlifts go down by one repetition. The workout ends with each partner completing 20/18 cal row, 7 muscle-ups, and 1 deadlift (275/185) we completed 5 rounds each plus 17 cal (Robyn) |
