Description: | WOD: 35 min cap Teams of 2-with Jen Run 1.25km 50 Muscle Ups -- ring rows 100 Clean and Jerks (95/135)--65 lbs, I did cleans, Jen did C&Js 150 Toe to Bar--I did abmat situps, Jen did knees up 200 Wall Balls (14/20)--14, I did squats with the med ball without throwing it up, Jen did wall balls still having shoulder issues, not doing any overhead stuff--chiro tomorrow |
