Description: | Skill: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch WOD: For time: (18 min cap) 80-60-40-20 40-30-20-10 20-15-10-5 Double Unders Burpees Strict Pull-ups--did ring rows was able to do 30 DUs unbroken! burpees were just plain tiring! completed 11 of 20 burpees so was in the 3rd round of 4, thought about finishing the wod after class but didn't--very tough since the DUs are so tiring, then have to start burpees right away |
