Description: | WOD #1 100 ring rows for time--had approx 25 people so did it in pairs; I did it with Jen L on the rings, we alternated 10s and 5s, did it in 10:42 approx WOD #2 5 rounds 200 ft sled push --50 lbs on the sled--quite hard! but worth doing |
