Modifications at: | I got through 4 rounds and 3 wall climbs and I hit the 22 minute cap. The wall climbs were very difficult for me. Eventually I just kept my hands in place and jumped my feet up to the wall and then down. Also the balls of my hands were red for a couple days. |
