Warmup: | 3 sets of 4 reps each, increasing weight each set: Power squat? Basically deadlift to clean to front squat. 1st round: 70 lbs 2nd round: 90 lbs 3rd round: 110 lbs |
Athlete's Notes: | Not that challenging, but my right knee was feeling tweaky on the dip part of the moves and eventually my right achilles was hurting too. |
