Warmup: 5 x 3 deadlifts (med bar with 90lbs) and two sleds adding weight the last two sets.
Athlete's Notes: Used green band for no-swing pull-ups. Set 1 tough, set 2 very tough with several breaks. Set 3 added black band for final 6 pull-ups and very tough. Next time could use higher 24" box with FRx weight.
