Warmup: 4min run on trampoline; arm stretches. Bar reps in preparing for workout. standing inch crawl. Good mornings. Just a few air squats / still recovering.
Athlete's Notes: All the weights should be heavier next time. This was not difficult. I need to prepare my warm up before starting.
