Description: | Overhead squat/ snatch in 3 positions. High, lower and below the knee. 6x 3 different positions. 15-19-21-21-23-23 WOD: 30-20-10 over 15 minutes overhead lunges ( I used a 15KG weight - Overhead squats would be an alternative ). pull ups. I used orange band. box jumps. I used 20 inch. |

Warmup: | 200m run; Band stretch across chest straight arms out and then under feet and other end with outstretches arms. 2x 5 inch crawls; 5 air squats jumping; roll over from ground. |
Cooldown: | Band stretch with foot in the air. Band stretch to the sides. On back, arms wide, bring 1 foot over and stretch. Praying stretch. |
Athlete's Notes: | Don't forget the shrug on the squats. Touch my body on the way up. When doing lots of pull ups don't go to exhaustion. |
