Warmup: Arm stretches; bear crawl one way and jumping back x2
Cooldown: On the floor. sitting and looking side to side with one leg up. bend 1 leg back and look the other way.
Athlete's Notes: Front squats. Narrower grip and feet wider. On the split jerk jump as wide as I can, then come back partially from the front foot and then move the back foot into line.
