Complete a 10-1 reverse ladder of Goblet Squats and Hand Release Pushups. This means do:

-10 Goblet Squats, 1 HRPU
-9 Goblet Squats, 2 HRPU
-8 Goblet Squats, 3 HRPU
...

until you finish 1 Goblet Squat and 10 HRPU. The goal is to do this as fast as possible.
