Description:
Max number of reps in two minutes for the following exercises:
- 2 min of pull ups.
- 2 min of push ups.
- 2 min of air squats.
- 2 min of abs.
2 min rest between exercises.
The total score is the sum of the reps in all four exercises. You may choose the order of the exercises. During the 2 minutes, you may use as many sets as you like.
