120 Double unders--did 80 DUs in approx 2:40 then moved on
30 strict HSPU--did pike pushups off 20 inch box
15 squat snatch (125/185)--65 lbs, was hard and was not using my lifters, so more off balance, got better as I went along
30 HSPU--pike pushups
120 Double unders
completed 19 of 30 pike pushups in the second go round--if counting reps as per the wod, did 184 reps (really 144 because I only did 80 DUs)
