Description: | Skill: Work up to 80% of your 1RM snatch in the following complex: 1 snatch + 2 OHS--built to 70 lbs (80 lbs is my 1RM) WOD: For time: (15 min cap) 120 Double unders--did 80 DUs in approx 2:40 then moved on 30 strict HSPU--did pike pushups off 20 inch box 15 squat snatch (125/185)--65 lbs, was hard and was not using my lifters, so more off balance, got better as I went along 30 HSPU--pike pushups 120 Double unders completed 19 of 30 pike pushups in the second go round--if counting reps as per the wod, did 184 reps (really 144 because I only did 80 DUs) |
