Description:

30 yard sprint
1 arrow at your distance of choice (outside 10 ring = 10 burpee penalty)
30 sandbag ground to shoulder (weight of your choice, I used 25#)
15 sandbag get ups (weight of your choice, I used 25#)
30 squats with sandbag on shoulder (weight of your choice, I used 25#)
