Modifications at: Hand stand push ups used 2 sit up cushions (i.e., one cushion on a 25 lb plate).
Cooldown: With a partner, row 3000m alternating every 300m
Athlete's Notes: Box jumps were strong. Bear crawls bite -- need to do more of these, along with crab walks (forward and backward), and duck walks. On the partner row, I tried "level" 10 on the dial for the first time.
