Warmup: Review Forward Rolls and practice walking away from a handstand on the wall (facing the wall)
Cooldown: 60 Challenging Situps (GHD or Weighted, split as needed)
Athlete's Notes: Couldn't get more than a couple "steps" in the handstand at a time. Going to work on for the next month
