Cooldown: Toes to bar flight simulator (sets must be unbroken, rest as needed between sets)

Athlete's Notes: One of the most challenging wods, in a good way. Need to work on getting my elbows up and having the bar rest on my shoulders on the thruster - had too much weight on my wrist. Also, could've got more reps with better focus since I had 3 fails
