Athlete's Notes: | Got the last clean with one second left. HSPUs were supposed to be on paralettes. I used a 45lb plate with a 40lb DB on top of it to simulate each paralette . Head to floor for each rep (about 6 inches and very broken). Toes through rings and med ball cleans unbroken. |
