Description: | 50 calorie row, 40 Rower facing burpees, 30 alternating kettlebell snatch (70lb male/ 44lb female), 200 foot sprint. Row- Athletes may not leave the rower until the display reads "50 calories" Rower facing burpees- Athletes must face the rower, burpees performed at an angle or parallel to the rower will be No Reps. Athletes must jump with both feet and land with both feet, no stepping over. The chest must touch the ground on each rep but full hip extension or an overhead clap are not required. Alternating kettlebell snatch- Athletes must alternate hands each rep on the kettlebell snatches. Knees, hips and elbow must be locked out at the top of the rep with the kettlebell directly over the shoulder. Athletes may use two hands to lower the kettlebell following each rep. A kettlebell dropped from any position above the knees will result in a No Rep as well as a 10 burpee penalty. Athletes will sprint 200 feet to end the workout. |
