Athlete's Notes: | Games standards. For the burpees, I jumped onto a 45lb bumper plate with full hip extension at the top. TTB sets of 10. Measured 50 feet in the gym. Out and back for the overhead lunges. Three shuttle runs for the 150 foot run. |
