Athlete's Notes: | Last 2 sets at 115: - Snatch balance, but failed coming up. Legs were fine, but shoulders couldn't keep the weight balanced - Snatch balance + 1 OHS. 2nd overhead squat weight fell forward again. Craig said my issue might be coming up too fast |
