Athlete's Notes: | Started at 95# but stripped off 5# change plates after attempting power clean. Changed grip on power clean to prevent thumb blister. Put thumbs in front of bar on pull and shift thumbs to behind bar to return to floor. Need better kipping rhythm to get toes to bar more consistently. |
