For me this is a farily easy WOD because i am good at running and so i can just sprint the entire round as fast as i can so i don't think i did a lot better or worse then last time.
What can I do to be better next time?
I don't think i have much to improve on since i sprint as fast as i can and it isn't that easy to improve the speed by a lot.
Am I happy with my performance?
I am happy with my performance because i could easily sprint the entire way without getting too tired and also passing like 2-4 people
