Cooldown: | With a partner, row 3000m alternating every 300m |
Athlete's Notes: | Box jumps were strong. Bear crawls bite -- need to do more of these, along with crab walks (forward and backward), and duck walks. On the partner row, I tried "level" 10 on the dial for the first time. |
