Athlete's Notes: I think that I defiantly did better than last time because my time was like 4 minutes faster. I think my performance itself was a lot better. Next time I will make sure that my push ups are better quality and that I squat lower down. I am quite happy with my performance because I really tired my hardest and in the running when I wanted to stop I just kept going, I'm proud of that.
