Was I better than last time? I believe I was about the same as last time we did this workout.

What can I do to be better next time? Next I will do better by being in better shape, I also need to remember a water bottle for after the workout

Am I happy with my performance? No I am not happy with my performance but I also expected a score such as this because I didn't really do any exercise over the break.
