Athlete's Notes: | I stood on a 30 inch box making the bar fall between the tip of my nose and eyes. Although I had several missed attempts during WOD, it was a good height for me right now. Never done the transition without my feet stabilizing/helping me push through it. Made a big difference isolating and focusing on the transition. My lats are sore in a spot they have never been sore before, hopefully that is a good thing. Try to use a lower platform next time. |
