Modifications at: | Did not kip. Used green band (new) was very springy. Used 65lbs for cleans |
Warmup: | 3 min jump rope, running late |
Cooldown: | Lots of streching and foam roll at home |
Athlete's Notes: | Only 3 kips then had to used the green band for the next 27. Breathing was very shallow and dry mouth from allergy med. 400M was difficult due to this. 65lbs was very challenging-worked in sets of 3-5 until I got to 30 reps. |
