Description: 20 minute amrap:
5 handstand push ups
7 chest to bar pull ups
10 dumbbell squat snatch ( alternating arms) 35/25 lbs
Results: 6 rounds 5 reps
Workout scaled
Modifications at: DB push press for hspu still having trouble being upside down
Alternated blue band and R+B for c2b pull-ups. Couldn't quite get chest to the bar with blue but red and blue together was too easy.
