Athlete's Notes: | Started with 8x2 split jerks @ 83# outlaw in the morning lots of clean and jerks so arms were sore. Dropped from 73 to 53# on push press because of shooting pain through arms. Toes 2 bar were knees to wherever. Have to work on t2b. |
