Athlete's Notes: | Horrible!! PR for the longest WOD I’ve ever done. Row 1000m 3:44, 4:06, 4:27 50 Push-ups 25/15/10, 15/15/15/5, 10x5 Run 1000m 5:15, 5:57, 6:09 50 Pull-ups 15/12/12/11, 11/11/11/9/8, basically 1x50 My hand ripped so most of these were done at finger tips and alternate grip, one hand backward and the other forward. Just to reiterate, HORRIBILE WOD, GO DO IT! RIP BROTHER. |
