Athlete's Notes: | First day using my awesome TRX suspension trainer that was won for me at Roundup. Good stretches, and some of the strength moves are actually a little challenging. One is spiderman pushups, kind of like grasshoppers. Should prove helpful in rehabbing my broke knees. Shuttle runs were in pouring rain wearing VFF's. 1:17 and 1:20. |
