Athlete's Notes: | Comments: Kind of a PR. I did about 20 before I realized I forgot to move my pull bar up, it was maybe 2 inches above my extended reach unlike last time I noted 8/10 above. I tried to jump harder to compensate, but it is what it is. 4 min PR for what itýs worth. |
