Athlete's Notes: | w/ TN. We got approx. 20-25 reps into the first set of GHD Hip Extensions before 14 min elapsed. The rope climbs screwed us, as neither TN or I knew the technique. Prior to the Floater, we were in 5th place, afterwards, we were in 10th (last). Screwy info about the scoring, but ultimately finished comp in last place. Had fun, but am positive we didn't actually finish in last. |
