Modifications at: Instead of SDHP and Burpees, I continuously worked dubs until JVG ran again.
Warmup: double under training (5 min)
Cooldown: double unders (10 min)
Athlete's Notes: Ran all three 400m while keeping pace with JVG. He completed the workout in 10:23, but I continued working on dubs for 10-15 min afterwards.
