Athlete's Notes: | Games Senior Event #1 WOD, scaled the overheads to 45 lb. called for 95lb.still suck at these as they hurt my wrist bad, had to set the bar down at rep 6 of the first round.All other rounds of OH and Pushups unbroken, Pushups were hand release and the run was from the card reader out the back door to the curb next to the parking lot and back. Also had an extra 50 yards coming back on the last round before I could get my time. |
